If you think I suit your tastes
If you think it will be a piece of cake
If you think it will be easy as pie
If you think I am your cup of tea
I hate to rain on your charade
But it’s always two down and one to go with me
Where the rubber meets the road
I’m not too far behind
I may kiss what’s right under your nose
But true love’s too hard to find
Curiosity always kills this cat
I’m kind of kind but not that kind
You think I suit your tastes
You think it will be a piece of cake
You think it will be easy as pie
You think I am your cup of tea
But you’ve got another think coming
When it comes to thinking about me
Your poetry is truly beautiful. I’ve become a fan of your works in these last couple of days and I’m blown away.

Thanks, Logan. I appreciate the encouragement! Creating new thoughts with old words makes it all fun.
