Defensiveness immediate

A classic narcissist

Covert, careful, dangerous

I am the enemy

Black or white reasoning

No rhyme, reason or season

Just rules for me none for them

Years of trying harder to please

One who is never pleased

How irrational am I

For my own sanity I

Drop the victim mentality

Ban the bitterness

Nudge the ugliness to the gutter

Lest I find myself start to utter

Words thrown at me back at them

Humility with grace

Strength in patience

Comforted in craziness
